A daily glass of red wine seems to have positive health effects. "It seems that it reduces stress and chronic inflammation" says Buettner. Regularity and moderation are the keys here. We regularly drink a glass of red wine during our dinner. Jack LaLanne does is too, always with food though! 
 
Drink alcohol only in moderation!
