A whole lot has been said and written about this in recent years, some information useful, but unfortunately a lot of rubbish too! Of course, we don’t pretend to be the ones who know it all, far from it, but, a genuine interest in the subject, a lot of study and a life time of experience in this area have taught us a lot.
